The Firm was founded in 1970 at Harley Street London W.1.

The firm moved to its present address in 1972.

Wimpole Street and Harley Street are at the centre of the

Medical District for Consultants in London.

Our offices are in the West End of London near to Regents Street,

Oxford Street and Bond Street.

Ian Lithman qualified as a Solicitor in London and is a Member of the

Law Society Council, its Scrutiny & Performance Review

Committee and he was a member of the Representation Board of

the Law Society.

He is a Past Chairman and an Executive Committee Member of the

Solicitor Sole Practitioners Group, the Member responsible for

representing the Group on the Land Registry Commercial Conveyancing

Forum and for opposing Mortgage Lender discrimination against the

Sole Practitioner.

He is also involved in Pastoral Care for Group Members and a member

of the Law Society Groups Forum.

He is also a member of The British Marine Federation and The Yacht

Harbour Association as well as a subscribing member of The Yacht

Brokers, Designers and Surveyors Association.

He is also a past member of the Investment Business Committee of

the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
